Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont is home to numerous Civil War veterans. Many of the inscriptions on the veteran's gravestones are difficult to read due to the accumulation of biological growth and industrial pollutants.
On Friday, 22 May 2020, 10 AM - 2 PM, St. Agnes Cemetery Historian Kelly Grimaldi will show volunteers how to properly clean the gravestones. D2 Biological Solution, water, and nylon brushes will be available to use for this task.
For more information and to sign up please contact Kelly at 518.350.7679 or Kelly@ADCemeteries.org.
